Conditions
PRICES are per apartment at day. local tax of 3.20 € per person (from 14 years) and day is added to the price. The tax is to be paid upon arrival. € 40,00 - euro for final cleaning.
The APARTMENTS are at guests’ disposal 3 p.m. arrival day to 10 a.m. leaving day.
Usually we ask a deposit at reservation. The rest of the full ammount will have to be payed at the end of the vacation before living. If the borders are closed due to Covid, we will return the deposit.
RESERVATION
The booking is only binding after receipt of a written confirmation from both parties and the requested deposit, which will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. If the borders are closed, due to a new lockdown, we will return the deposit. Othewise we can agree to change the date of your reservation. In case of late arrival, early departure or partial occupancy of the booked beds, the entire stay will be charged.
